Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in account restriction.
3.3 Inactive Accounts. An account that has recorded no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. wee99 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts after providing reasonable prior notice. The fee will not reduce an account balance below zero.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are processed within the timeframes published in the wee99 banking section. Diamond VIP members receive priority processing. wee99 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before releasing any withdrawal.
4.4 Withdrawal Source. Winnings may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, except where wee99 specifically approves an alternative method in writing. This policy exists to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.

Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the applicable jurisdiction.
